Growing up, we did not have lots of money to create fancy meals. However, our meals were always healthy, good tasting plus it filled us up. Sometimes, my mother and I makes bread pudding for dessert. This recipe brings back countless good memories if we makes bread pudding. The scent of toast filling the environment, then cinnamon and nutmeg because the pudding baked in the oven. We couldn't wait for it in order to complete baking and we all could sit down to nibble on some warm from your oven.
