Believe it or not, the same as most people else I have a few fitness resolutions for 2016!  Actually, looking back, it is a fact that this past year my resolution to get a lower weight goal would not happen. Sad but true. Really, trying practically everything to shed weight like French Women Don't Get Fat, Weight Watchers, Zumba, and hiring fitness coaches guaranteeing weight loss, only enhanced my appetite to get more good munchies.  Ultimately, I gained more pounds.  Also, in this 2015 quest for achieving lower weight for better physical fitness and health, I may have spent enough money for any two week luxurious Bahama vacation.  So, this coming year I resolve to obtain smarter in the weight and fitness game.
